      In store purchase versus online:

      Please note that if you have made your purchase in-store our return policy will allow an exchange or in-store credit (full refunds are reserved for online only) to two weeks after purchase.

      To be eligible for our return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags intact.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      If you wish to return your product please email info@viensavecmoi.ca for a Return Confirmation prior to shipping. We will not accept any returns without prior confirmation.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
